Sweet Grilled Steak Bites

   Rub steak pieces with Greek seasoning.

   In a large zip top bag, combine remaining ingredients.

   Add steak and shake to mix.

   Press out excess air.

   Marinate in refrigerator 4-24 hours, turning occasionally.

   If using wooden or bamboo skewers, soak in cold water for several hours.

   Create a medium indirect-heat setup in your grill (arrange coals on the outside of the grill, leaving the center coal-free).

   Thread meat onto skewers.

   Place skewers in center of grill, turning occasionally, until done to your taste (about 3-4 min on each side for medium).
