Sweet Chili Stir Fry

   In a medium pan bring water to a bowl and add Fettuccini noodles.

   Bowl for 10 minutes or until noodles are al dente.

   Set aside in a bowl of cold water for later.

   Bring a wok to high heat, add sesame oil, garlic, white onions and crushed red pepper.

   Saute for 3 minutes or until onions begin to soften.

   Then add chicken and soy sauce.

   Saute for another 8 minutes.

   Then add mushrooms, peppers, broccoli and chili sauce.

   Saute for another 5 minutes or until sauce thickens.

    After sauce thickens add noodles and cilantro and saute for another 2 minutes and then set aside to cool for 2 minutes and then serve.
