Ingredients: 4 Chicken Breasts; 1 medium Onion chopped; 1 tsp BBQ Seasoning Dried; 1 pinch Salt; 200 grams Curly Kale; 2 tbsp Olive Oil; 1 SAUCE; 1/4 cup Tomatoe Sauce; 1/4 cup Water; 1/4 cup Brown Sugar; 2 tbsp Worecestershire Sauce; 2 tbsp white wine vinegar; 1 tbsp Tomatoe puree; 1/4 tsp Black Pepper

4 Chicken Breasts
1 medium Onion chopped
1 tsp BBQ Seasoning Dried
1 pinch Salt
200 grams Curly Kale
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 SAUCE
1/4 cup Tomatoe Sauce
1/4 cup Water
1/4 cup Brown Sugar
2 tbsp Worecestershire Sauce
2 tbsp white wine vinegar
1 tbsp Tomatoe puree
1/4 tsp Black Pepper

Cut your chicken Breast into long lengths, chop half the onion into long lengths too, put in chicken and onion in a ovenproof dish, then add salt and BBQ seasoning, cover with foil and put in the oven at 175 or gas 5 leave to cook for 1 hr

While chicken is cooking , chop the other half of onion very small, in a pan add the olive oil then add the onion on low until soft and cooked .

Add the kale and 2 tbls of white wine vinegar into the pan and mix .

If drying up add 1 tablespoon of warm water , cooks in about 10 -15 mins.

Take off and put in a bowl to warm up later.

Mix sll the sauce ingredients together and when mixed put in a saucepan bring to the boil and simmer until the sugar has dissolved, when dissolved add the tomatoe puree and stir leave and set aside.

When the Chicken is cooked through , pour the sauce cover the chicken and onions toss them all in the sauce and put back in the oven and cook uncovered for a further 15 - 20 mins until its all bubbled and hot..warm the Kale and serve with the chicken and sauce.

Nice seved with Sweet potatoes, or Savoury chicken rice.
