shredded cooked pork shoulder
1-1/2 cups GREY POUPON Country Dijon Mustard
1 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
Caramelized Apples & Onions
2 Tbsp. unsalted butter
1 qt. yellow onions, julienned
1 qt. apples, peeled, julienned
1 cup dark brown sugar
32 slices sourdough bread, thickly sliced, toasted
32 slices sliced white cheddar cheese

Pork: Combine ingredients in saucepan.

Cook on medium heat until heated through.

Caramelized Apples & Onions: Melt butter in saute pan on medium heat; stir in onions.
