Grease an 8 x 4 x 2-inch loaf pan then line with wax paper and grease the paper.

Turn batter into pan smoothing top evenly with spoon. Bake at 325u00b0 from 50 to 60 minutes or until pick inserted into center comes out clean.

Let bread stand in pan on cake rack for 10 minutes, then turn out on rack.

Peel off paper and turn bread right side up to cool completely.

When cool, wrap airtight and let bread stand for one day before slicing.
