1 cup applesauce
1/2 cup ketchup
2 cup brown sugar
6 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon garlic
2 pounds country style boneless ribs

Mix all above ingredients (except ribs) in saucepan and heat to boiling.

Reduce heat and simmer 1/2 to 1-hour stirring occasionally.

Trim ribs as necessary and bake covered at 300 for 45 minutes.

Drain liquid then add BBQ sauce and bake uncovered for another 45 minutes.
