1 (4 lb) whole chicken, cut into 6 pieces
1 cup ketchup
1/3 cup light brown sugar
3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp salt
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp Tabasco sauce

Whisk together oil and herb mix. Brush over chicken pieces. Set aside to marinate for 30 mins.

Meanwhile, in a saucepan over medium-low heat, combine ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, smoked paprika, salt, garlic and Tabasco sauce. Simmer for 10 mins, stirring occasionally, or until slightly thickened. Divide in half.

Preheat grill. Grill chicken over indirect heat for 20 mins, turning once, or until a thermometer inserted in the thickest part of the thigh reads 175u00b0F. During the last 5 mins, brush chicken with 1/2 of sauce. Serve remaining sauce on the side.
