Sweet and Sticky Chicken Wings

   Preheat oven 400.

   Line baking pan with foil, spray with cooking oil.

   In a large bowl stir together liquid honey, orange juice concentrate, minced garlic, salt and if using...red pepper flakes.

   Toss chicken wings in bowl until well coated with sauce.

   Let marinade 15 min.

   Transfer to baking pan, bake 35 min.
