Combine the brown sugar, soy sauce, wasabi, mustard and rice vinegar in a small sauce pan, bring to a boil then set aside.

Line a baking sheet with foil, spray with cooking spray, place salmon on foil.

Carefully scrunch the foil up around the salmon to create a wall all the way around.

(This is important in the broiling part).

Bake at 425 for 13-14 minutes.

Take salmon out of oven, move oven rack to broil position (In my experience thats the top position in the oven) and turn oven temperature to Broil.

Pour sugar and soy sauce mixture over fish, hopefully it all stays in the walls you created.

Broil for 3 minutes or until flaky.
