1 cup beans garbanzo
7 cups water
1 each onions coarsely chopped
2 each sweet potatoes, or yams whole, cut in chunks
1 each carrots sliced
1 each celery stalk, sliced
1 each leeks whole, washed, sliced
2 cups broccoli florets cut in florets
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon soy sauce, tamari
1 teaspoon coriander ground
1/2 teaspoon cumin ground
2 teaspoons horseradish prepared
⅛ teaspoon red hot pepper sauce
1 x cayenne pepper dash
