1/2 c. vinegar

2 tsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. water
2 tsp. ginger, crushed
1 bottle whole cherries
1 can pineapple, crushed
2 bell peppers, chopped

Mix sugar, vinegar, sherry, soy sauce and ginger; bring to a boil.
