1 medium carrot, thinly sliced
1 (8 oz.) can chunk pineapple, drained (reserve liquid)

1/3 c. brown sugar, packed
1/3 c. red wine vinegar
salt as desired
1/4 c. ketchup
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 medium green pepper, sliced
2 tsp. cornstarch
