1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/3 c. vinegar
2/3 c. water
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. pineapple chunks
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1/4 large onion
1/4 large sweet pepper
2 stalks celery

Cut pork into 1-inch cubes.

Add cold water and boil 20 minutes or until tender.

Cool and sprinkle heavily with soy sauce.

Dredge in flour or cornstarch and set aside.

Prepare onions, peppers and celery to keep cold.

Mix sugar, soy sauce, pineapple juice, vinegar, water and cornstarch.
