2 Tbsp. cornstarch

20 oz. pineapple chunks, drained (reserving 2/3 c. liquid)
1/3 c. water
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 green pepper (1/4-inch strips)
1 small onion, thinly sliced
1 tsp. soy sauce

In a large skillet, melt shortening.
