2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2/3 c. cracker crumbs
2/3 c. evaporated milk
1 can pineapple tidbits or chunks
1/2 c. vinegar
2/3 c. brown sugar

balls and dip in flour and brown.

Separate pineapple juice and add water to make 1 cup liquid.
