1 lb. ground beef

1 tsp. salt

1 Tbsp. oil
1 c. pineapple juice
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
3 Tbsp. vinegar
6 Tbsp. water
1/2 c. sugar
4 sliced pineapple, cut in pieces
3 large green bell peppers, cut into 10 to 15 strips lengthwise
