Remove the skin and sinew from the chicken and cut on the diagonal into bite size pieces.

Put the chicken in a plastic bag, add some salt and pepper to season, and leave for 15 minutes or so.

In the meantime, measure the sauce ingredients and combine.

Add the flour to the plastic bag, close it up and shake it around.

You can easily and evenly coat the chicken with the flour this way.

Heat some oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken over medium heat.

Flip over when browned on one side, lower the heat and steam-cook with a lid on for 2 to 3 minutes.

Add the combined sauce in the frying pan and coat the chicken in it.

Continue to cook while turning the chicken over until the sauce has thickened a bit and is no longer watery, and has coated the chicken.

Put on a serving plate and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
