1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup unbleached flour
2 tablespoons wheat germ
1/4 cup oat bran
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1 egg white
1/3 cup melted butter or 1/3 cup margarine

1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 - 1 teaspoon orange peel
