Sweep Steak

   Preheat oven as described below.

   Lay large sheets of foil out flat and place some of mixture on foil.

   Put roast on top and sprinkle the rest.

   Fold up tight, put in a baking pan in oven at 300 degrees (150 C.) for 3 hours or 200 degrees (90 C.) for nine hours.

   If you want, open foil before it is done and surround it with potatoes/carrots.

   Re-seal foil and continue baking until vegetables are fork tender.
