1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs or equivalent egg substitute

1/2 c. water, mixed with cornstarch (to thicken gravy)
