1 c. water
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 (6 oz.) carton sour cream
1 1/4 c. sherry
1 c. milk
3 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. butter

Mix venison, sausage, salt, pepper, seasoned salt, onion, eggs and bread crumbs.
