   Saute a diced onion and green pepper until soften. Add a package of Turkey kielbasa cut in bit size pieces. Add a ca on oven roasted tomatoes with a half teaspoon of basit and half teaspon of basil. Cook for 7 mintues and stir in 2 9 ounce bags of spinach. After the spinach cooks down pour the mixture into a casserole dish and top with low fat feta cheese. Bake at 350*F for 10 to 15 mintues until cheese begins to brown.
