5. Cover and chill for 2 hours or until easy to handle.

6. Unwrap mints. Place 42 in a bowl and set the remainder aside to melt for drizzle for finished cookies. Preheat oven to 375u00b0F.

7. Divide dough into 42 pieces. Wrap a piece of dough around a mint to cover completely.

8. Place on greased cookie sheet and bake at 375u00b0F for 10-12 minutes or until set and bottom is lightly golden.

9. Melt remainder of mints in a microwaveable bowl. Using a spoon, drizzle over top of baked cookies.
