Surprise Meat Loaf

   Put the first six things that are listed into a large bowl and stir.

   Add the ground beef.

   Blend everything together very well. Pour one half of this meat mixture into a large baking pan.

   Shape the meat into an oblong patty.

   Then make two hollows in the mixture and fit the hard-boiled eggs into them.

   Use the rest of the meat mixture to cover the eggs. Shape gently into a loaf.

   Lay the bacon strips on top.

   Bake at 350u00b0 for about an hour.

   When you serve this meat loaf, each slice will have a ring of egg in the middle.
