1 medium onion, diced
1 lb lean ground turkey
1 dash Worcestershire sauce
1 pinch cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon roasted garlic (optional)
10 fluid ounces condensed mushroom soup
250 ml sour cream
¼ cup milk
salt
3 tablespoons oil
1 (400 g) package rotini pasta or 1 (400 g) packagefarfarelle pasta

In a large pot boil 4 litres of water and salt for the pasta.

Cook until desired tenderness is reached, drain and set aside.

In a large skillet heat oil on medium and add onion.

Cook onion until it starts to sweat (approx 2-3 minutes).

Add in ground turkey, Worcestershire, pepper, cayenne and garlic-cook till brown.

Add can of mushroom soup to skillet and stir.

Pour 1/4 cup milk into the soup can to get the excess from the sides- stir into skillet.

Slowly add in the sour cream, stirring the whole time.

Turn sauce down to low and let simmer 3-5 minutes, until thick.

Stir in pot of pasta, serve, sit back and enjoy!
