1 Onion
1 Carrot (medium size)
1 clove Garlic
1 can Canned tomatoes (whole or cut)
2 Store-bought hayashi rice roux
2 tbsp Red wine
1 tsp Sugar
1 Consomme bouillon
1 Olive oil
1 Sauce, salt and pepper

Finely chop the onion, carrot, and garlic.

Run the tomatoes through a food processor.

Heat the olive oil in a pan and saute the garlic over low heat.
