Ingredients: 200 grams Macaroni; 1 Cucumber; 1/2 Onion; 6 slice Sliced ham; 8 tbsp Yogurt (unsweetened); 1 pinch of each Dried parsley; 120 ml Mayonnaise; 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese; 1/2 tsp Japanese mustard; 1/2 tsp Krazy Salt; 1 pinch White pepper; 2 tbsp Milk; 1 tbsp Vegetable oil; 1 1/2 tsp Vinegar; 1 pinch Salt; 1 dash Pepper

200 grams Macaroni
1 Cucumber
1/2 Onion
6 slice Sliced ham
8 tbsp Yogurt (unsweetened)
1 pinch of each Dried parsley
120 ml Mayonnaise
1 tbsp Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp Japanese mustard
1/2 tsp Krazy Salt
1 pinch White pepper
2 tbsp Milk
1 tbsp Vegetable oil
1 1/2 tsp Vinegar
1 pinch Salt
1 dash Pepper

Thinly slice the onions and cucumbers and sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon of salt to draw out the moisture.

Let sit for 15 minutes, then squeeze out the moisture.

Boil the macaroni.

Bring a generous amount of water to a boil in a pot, then add 0.5% worth of salt.

While boiling, prepare the macaroni seasonings.

Once the pasta has boiled for the amount of time listed on the package, drain.

Drain the hot water, then add the macaroni to the bowl from Step 3.

Mix the macaroni up with the seasonings, then let it cool.

Cut the ham into 3 mm slices, loosening the pieces as you cut.

Once the macaroni has cooled, add the vegetables and sauce and mix.

Note: Don't add the yogurt yet.

Mix well with chopsticks.

Transfer to an air-tight container and chill in the refrigerator.

Just before eating, mix with the yogurt.

Sprinkle with dried parsley and serve.
