Wrap the dough in cling wrap and let it sit in the fridge for an hour or for half an hour in the freezer.

Sprinkle some flour on the bench, the rolling pin and the dough.

Roll out the dough to 1/4 inches and cut using a cookie cutter of your choice.

Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and bake for 5-6 minutes or until slightly golden brown on the bottom.
