Super Simple Orange Cake

   Preheat the oven to 180 c . Grease a round 8 inch cake pan with oil or butter , and then dust with flour. You can line the bottom with parchment paper.

   Whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder , Baking soda and zest.

   Mix in the oil , Orange juice and yoghurt

   Pour batter into prepared pan. It's a thick batter. Smooth the top. Bake at 180 C for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean.

   Let cool in pan for five minutes and then cool completely on rack. Serve plain or dusted with icing sugar .
