Stir oats mixture into honey mixture and cook, stirring frequently, until heated through, about 5 minutes. Remove skillet from heat.

Mix raisins, almonds, flax meal, hemp hearts, hemp seeds, and sunflower seeds into oats mixture; spread onto a baking sheet.
