Super Easy Tonkatsu

   Beat the eggs and mix them with the vegetable oil.

   Pound the pork loin to tenderize and set aside.

   If you don't have a meat pounder, you can use the back of a knife.

   Season the meat with salt and pepper, then lightly coat with flour.

   Dip in the beaten egg and evenly coat with panko.

   Dip the pork loin in the beaten egg once again, then coat with panko a second time.

   Deep fry in hot oil (at about 350F/180C) until golden.
