Can) Plus 2 Cans Of Water; 1- 1/2 teaspoon Italian Herb Seasoning; 1/2 teaspoons Kosher Salt; 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Powder (NOT Garlic Salt); 1/2 teaspoons Onion Powder; 1 pinch Sugar; Fresh Ground Pepper, to taste

1 pound Ground Beef (if Using 80/20 You May Wish To Drain Some Fat Off After Browning It Off)
1/2 whole Yellow Onion, Diced
2 cloves Garlic, Minced
1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 can Tomato Paste (6 Oz. Can) Plus 2 Cans Of Water
1- 1/2 teaspoon Italian Herb Seasoning
1/2 teaspoons Kosher Salt
1/2 teaspoons Garlic Powder (NOT Garlic Salt)
1/2 teaspoons Onion Powder
1 pinch Sugar
Fresh Ground Pepper, to taste

Put a pot of water on to boil for your pasta.

Season water liberally with salt.

Brown ground beef and saute diced onion and garlic over medium high heat until all meat is cooked.

If necessary, skim excess fat with a spoon.

Add the tomato paste to the pot and allow to cook for 45 seconds before adding water.

Stir until water and paste are smooth and there are no more clumps of tomato paste.

Add remaining ingredients to the pot.

Adjust seasonings to taste if necessary.

Let simmer for at least 15 minutes (while you cook your pasta).

Serve with plenty of parmesean or romano cheese and crusty French bread with garlic and butter!

This recipe is easily doubled and easily made even simpler.

If Im extra short on time, I omit the diced onion and garlic and compensate with the necessary amounts of onion and garlic powder.

Try to stay away from garlic salt as it is a dangerously easy way to get too much salt in your sauce.

If you live with a husband or family who loves veggies more than mine, feel free to add any of the following: sauteed shallots, bell pepper, artichokes, or mushrooms.
