⅔ cup white sugar
1 ¾ cups unbleached flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
¼ cup canola oil

1 ½ teaspoons cinnamon

1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder

2 tablespoons sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees C. Mix sugar, flour, oil and nutmeg in a large mixing bowl.
