in a mixing bowl, add whipping cream, whip till thick form, add chocolate puddin, powder sugar and vanilla extract.

when puffs are cooled, slice the puff in half, in piping bag filled with chocolate cream, pipe into puff, till all are done, sprinkle powder sugar ontop.
