Sunshine Salad – a delicious recipe with lemon jello, orange jello, bananas, pineapple, marshmallows, flour. Easy to follow and perfect for any occasion.

Servings: persons

1 small lemon jello
1 small orange jello
2 large bananas
1 large can crushed pineapple
1 c. mini marshmallows
2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. butter
1 egg
1/2 c. sugar
8 oz. Cool Whip
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Combine jello's dry.

Follow directions on box to make jello. Slice bananas into jello.

Add drain pineapple (reserve juice). Add marshmallows.

Mix together and pour in 13 x 9-inch dish to congeal.

Place in refrigerator.

Mix reserved juice, flour, butter, beaten egg and sugar.

Cool over low heat until thick. Cool.

Add Cool Whip.

Spread over jello.
