   cream butter and sugar, in standup mixer on low, til creamed.add each egg one by one til creamed all together.add milk and vanilla, mix a few seconds.

   shift flour, salt and baking powder together in to mixer, trun on low mix for a 10 seconds, now put on medium speed for 20 seconds.

   cover the mixing bowl with plastic wrap, put the dough in refrigerator 30 minutes.

   on a lightly greased cookie sheet,scoop out dough with a small ice cream scoop.like a lg melon scoop about 1 tablespoon round.

   when u have the dough all scooped out, use a fork to press dough down.

   they will spread and rise so yes press them down a little

   oven needs to be preheated at 400 F degress and bake on 400 F. bake the cookies for 10 to 12 minutes.
