6 boneless skinless chicken breast (5.oz) about
2 1/2 cup sliced carrots
2 1/2 cup sliced celery
1 large onion sliced
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp dried tarragon
1 tsp kick'n chicken seasoning
1/4 tsp cumin
2 tbsp cornstarch
1/2 cup chicken broth

in a crock pot add carrots, celery, onion and chicken.

in a small bowl, combine the rest of the ingredients , except the broth and the cornstarch, u will use that later.

mix well, pour over chicken and veggies

cover and cook on low for 4 hours and then trun on high, now mix the broth and cornstarch together, add to chicken, stir well, cook for 30 minutes longer or until the gravy thickens.

trun to low heat on the crock pot, to keep warm, serve with rice.
