   place 2cups of flour and salt in a deep mixing bowl, mix well , ...make a well in the center of flour, add the eggs all at once and 1 table spoon cold water.

   gradually mix with hands or wooden spoon untill well blended ...gather into a ball and knead on floured surface untill smooth, about 10 minutes.

   if necessary, add remaining flour to keep dough from sticking to surface a little at a time, and keeping ur hands floured ..

   divide the dought into thrids.

   on a lightly floured surface, roll each section into paper -thin rectangles....dust top of dough with flour to prevent sticking while rolling .

   trim the edges and flour both sides of dough.

   roll dough, jelly-roll style useing a sharp knife, cut 1/4 inch, slices.

   ..unroll noodles carefuly and allow to rest on a floured surface or hang on some thing to allow to dry a little.before cooking pasta.

   to cook, bring salt ,water to a rapid boil add the oil to the water.

    drop pasta noodle into boiling water and cook for 7 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally .untill tender and dont over cook.
