Sunnyside Ups in Hanpen Fishcakes

   Use a heart-shaped cookie cutter to cut out the hanpen.

   Spread a modest amount of oil on a pan.

   Pan-fry the hanpen with the heart-shaped hole.

   Flip over when browned.

   Crack an egg into the heart-shaped hole.

   Cover the pan and cook on the lowest heat.

   Transfer onto a serving dish when the egg is cooked to preferred firmness.

   Using the same pan, pan-fry both sides the heart-shaped hanpen.

   If you wish, add butter and brown it towards the end.

    Dish it up, and decorate with ketchup.
