Clean blood oranges and grapefruit into individual sections.

Remove avocado peel and slice into serving sections.

Clean and rinse hearts of palm. Cut into small slices.

Clean bibb lettuce and separate leaves.

1. Arrange segments alternating avocado, blood orange and grapefruit into a colorful pinwheel swirl on top of clean bibb lettuce.

Sprinkle hearts of palm segments over the fruit fan and at ends of fruit. Drizzle vinagrette or avocado oil over salad.

2. Cut fruit, avocado and heart of palm into small pieces. Mix together in a small bowl. Place salad mix on bibb lettuce. Drizzle vinagrette or avocado oil over fruit. Decorate with tortilla chips and serve.
