Sunday Pot Roast

   For slow cooker cooking put the vegetables on the bottom to infuse the flavors of the meat into the vegetables.

   Place the roast on the veggies.

   Put the Worchester or 57 sauce on the roast.

   Open the condensed soups and add them over the top of the roast.

   You can use an extra can of the soup for more gravy for putting over rice or potatoes.

   Slow Cook for 8-10 hours.

   Serve with yellow rice or whole grain rice and I promise it will be a feast for your family with almost no effort.

   It tastes much better and is much less expensive than going out to eat after church or work.
