Sun Dried Tomato and Linguine Soup

   Place tomatoes in a small bowl.

   Pour hot water over to cover.

   Let stand until softened, about 15 minutes; drain.

   Coarsely chop tomatoes.

   Spray medium saucepan with cooking spray; heat over medium heat until hot.

   Saute celery, green onions and garlic until tender, 5-7 minutes.

   Stir in chicken broth; heat to boiling.

   Add linguine and tomatoes to boiling broth.

   Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, until pasta is al dente, about 10 minutes.

    Season with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
