4 medium zucchini, sliced crosswise 1/4 inch thick
1/2 medium white onion, sliced
1 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
coarse salt and ground pepper
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 medium tomatoes, sliced thinly
1 cup sour cream
