Chop tomatoes coarsely.

Combine tomatoes, onion, olives, garlic, parsley, basil, capers, hot pepper, and oregano.

Drizzle vinegar over tomato mixture, then pour over oil.

Just before serving, cook the spaghetti until al dente.
