First wash and sry the chicken well and cut the chicken breasts into bite size pieces..

Put the chicken into a Bowl and spice it with salt, Pepper, paprika, oregano and sesame seeds and mix well..

First Put a little bit of carrot, than the noodles and the chicken on the middle and top it with sambal Olek (it's optional).. And than cover it with the ricepaper to the middle and hold the sides or the corners in to the middle and roll it Up and Put this on the plate.. You unterstand?
