Ingredients: 5 tbsp beef stock bouillon (Harvest Vietnamese Pho brand); 1 sliced onion (two thin slices); 3 scallion stems, chopped; 1 thin beef strips (extra thin); 1 Fresh cilantro; 1 lime, halved; 1/2 pkg rice noodles; 1 Fresh basil; 5 cup water; 1/2 cup bean sprouts

Servings: persons

5 tbsp beef stock bouillon (Harvest Vietnamese Pho brand)
1 sliced onion (two thin slices)
3 scallion stems, chopped
1 thin beef strips (extra thin)
1 Fresh cilantro
1 lime, halved
1/2 pkg rice noodles
1 Fresh basil
5 cup water
1/2 cup bean sprouts

Bring water to boil

Add beef stock & onion.

Allowing onion to soften (1-2) min (we like a kick of flavor.

You can use less bouillon stock to taste)

Add noodles, lime juice, cooking according to pkg (usually less than 5 min)

Typically, you would add meat raw and let broth cook in serving dish.
