Sugared Pecans

   Beat egg whites until foamy.

   Gradually add sugar, one tablespoon at a time, beating until stiff peaks form.

   Fold in pecans.

   Pour melted butter into 15 x 10 x 1-inch jellyroll pan. Spread pecan mixture over butter.

   Bake at 350u00b0 for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.

   Cool and store in airtight container.
