1/2 c. warm water
1 c. milk, scalded and cooled to lukewarm
1 c. sifted flour
1/4 c. margarine
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
3 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. cinnamon

Dissolve yeast in warm water.

Beat 1 cup flour into cooled milk.

Beat margarine and sugar until light and fluffy.
