Sugar Plum Pie

   Mix sugar, flour, salt, and plums together. Line pie pan with pastry, add plum mixture.

   Bake in 450u00b0F oven for 10 minutes.

   Reduce temp. to 350u00b0 and bake for 10 minutes.

   While that is going make the meringue.

   Beat eggs alone until frothy. Add sugar gradually and continue beating until stiff. Add flavoring.

   Then add meringue to pie and bake for 15 more minutes.
