Sugar-Glazed Bacon Recipe Sandsquish

   Mix sugar, mustard and vinegar in 2-cup measure.

   Microwave with 650 watts for 30 seconds to dissolve sugar; stir.

   Put bacon strips, four at a time, on microwave-proof baking rack.

   (Don`t use paper towels; the marinade will stick.)

   Baste both sides of bacon heavily with the sugar mixture.

   Microwave with 650 watts for 3 minutes.

   Turn bacon and baste heavily again.

   Microwave with 650 watts for 2 to 3 minutes more, until bacon is almost dry but not burned and the marinade forms a light crust.

   Repeat with remaining bacon.
